By using Lottery Pool Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the Service is

Lottery Pool Tracker is a tool for tracking informal lottery pools among a group you organize yourself: recording who contributed how much, and splitting any winnings proportionally. It is a record-keeping tool only. We do not sell lottery tickets, hold funds, or run any form of gambling — all money and tickets are handled by your group, offline, among yourselves.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for activity under your account.
You and your club are responsible for your own arrangements — collecting money, buying tickets, and distributing winnings. The Service only tracks the numbers you enter.
Only participate in lottery pools where doing so is legal in your jurisdiction.
Don't misuse the Service, abuse other members, or upload unlawful content.

Accounts

You can create an account with your email or with Google. You may delete your account at any time (email support@lotterypooltracker.com). We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for disputes between members of a club or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
